Torchiato di Fregona DOCG
“Torchiato di Fregona DOCG” is a straw wine belonging to the “Colli di Conegliano” designation. Produced by the Cantina Produttori di Fregona, it is made with 3 types of grape varieties which are Glera, Verdiso and Boschera. The peculiarity of the lands in which these vines are located, in particular in the municipalities of Fregona, Sarmede and Cappella Maggiore, is that they are always well ventilated thanks to the air flows from the nearby mountains. This allows to combat various vine diseases and mould, permitting growers to reduce chemical treatments. It pairs perfectly with dry pastries but also with blue cheeses in general.
Boschera IGT Colli trevigiani
Made by the Cantina Produttori di Fregona, it is a white wine produced from the homonymous native grapevine. In the past it was not produced in purity due to its strong acidity which made it not easy to drink. Thanks to new technologies, however, it is now possible to produce this particular white wine, characterized by a very fresh note. This grape variety is also used for the production of the famous Torchiato di Fregona DOCG.
Grappa di Torchiato
From the famous Torchiato di Fregona DOCG, the Cantina Produttori di Fregona has created a product of very high quality which is the “Grappa di Torchiato”. It is obtained from the pomace of the homonymous wine and, despite being dry, it expresses notes of softness and roundness that only a long drying of the grapes and therefore of the pomace from which it is obtained can give.
Refrontolo passito DOCG
Produced from Marzemino grapes left to dry on the traditional “Gardiz” until mid-December, this sweet red wine breaks the mold and offers us a glass with an almost impenetrable colour and a characteristic scent of wild berries on which blackberries and cherries in alcohol stand out.
Perfect with dry pastries, blueberry tarts, and Sacher is not a gamble to combine it with sweet blue cheeses or medium-aged cheeses, such as Grotta cheese.
Le Conche Colli di Conegliano Rosso riserva DOCG
“Colli di Conegliano Rosso DOCG” is a red wine, made by the Salatin winery in the municipality of Cordignano. It is a high-quality wine produced from different grapes and vines, specifically Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marzemino. It is also “branded” on the label with the word “reserve”, being aged for at least 2-3 years in barrique, with consequent rest in the bottle for at least 6 months. In fact, decanting is recommended before serving.
Le Conche Colli di Conegliano Bianco DOCG
“Colli di Conegliano Bianco DOCG” is a white wine, made by the Salatin winery in the municipality of Cordignano. It is an excellent white wine produced from different grapes and vines, specifically Incontro Manzoni 6.0.13, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Riesling. It is a high-quality product that can be combined with first courses, second courses based on white meat and fish dishes in general.
Fetusca
“Fetusca” is the name that the Meneguz winery has decided to give to its Merlot IGP Colli Trevigiani. Excellent red wine characterized by fruity and young flavours, with notes of red currant, raspberries and wild strawberries. It goes very well with medium-aged cheeses, cured meat and white or red meats.
Alba 99
“Alba 99” is the name that the Meneguz winery has decided to give to its Cabernet IGP Marca Trevigiana. Excellent red wine characterized by soft flavours and good structure, envelops the palate with hints of fruit and liquorice and accents of green pepper. Excellent with cured meat and white or red meats.
Amets prosecco Brut DOC
Amets is a winery located in Loc. Piadera in the municipality of Fregona, a small town at the foot of the Cansiglio. Amets produces 3 excellent wines, and in this case, it presents us the Prosecco DOC in the Brut version. The particular characteristic of this wine is that it has the “organic” certification. Unspoiled land, sun exposure, slopes and constant ventilation are the elements that allow a different ripening of the grape, giving elegance and structure to the wine, both in the nose and in the mouth, without overlook the minerality that, in the end, prepares the palate for the next one mouthful.
Amets prosecco Extra Dry DOC

3ndy Prosecco DOC
At the foot of the Cansiglio plateau was founded in 2016 the VitiOveTec farm, which deals with viticulture and ovine breeding. One of their proposals is this excellent Extra Dry Sparkling Wine, born from modern technology at the service of the knowledge of ancient agricultural practices.
The Glera grapes, strictly harvested by hand, ripen in lands rich in biodiversity, giving rise to a harmonious and genuine wine, the authentic ‘spirit’ of our land.
The vineyards are located in the most suitable areas of the province of Treviso and are organized in a Sylvoz farming system.
Grotta Cheese
Grotta Cheese is the workhorse of Agricansiglio (now Soligo dairy). Produced with milk coming exclusively from the associated companies of the Cansiglio and Treviso Pre-Alps. It is aged for a minimum of 60 days inside the “Grotta del Formaggio” or “Grotta di San Lucio”, located inside the well-known Grotte del Caglieron Park in Fregona, and can be tasted accompanied to the famous Torchiato di Fregona D.O.C.G.
Goat’s Caciotta cheese
Also called “Caprosetta”, goat’s Caciotta is a cheese produced with 100% goat’s milk coming purely from the associated companies of the provinces of Belluno, Treviso and Pordenone. It is produced by the famous Agricansiglio company, now incorporated by the Soligo dairy. It is a semi-cooked soft paste product with very delicate flavours, almost tending to sweet.
Smoked Caciotta
Also called “Fumo del Cansiglio”, it is a fresh cheese produced by the Agricansiglio dairy, now incorporated into the Soligo dairy. The peculiarity of this cheese is that it is smoked with Cansiglio beech-wood, a material used in the past for the construction of the oars of the naval fleet of the Serenissima. It is a soft cheese with sweet flavours (it doesn’t undergo any aging).
Smoked Ricotta
With a white texture, the Ricotta has a delicate, sweet and buttery flavour and is produced by the Agricansiglio dairy, now incorporated into the Soligo dairy. The peculiarity is that it undergoes a natural smoking process using Cansiglio beech-wood, a material used in the past for the construction of the oars of the naval fleet of the Serenissima. It is excellent also frozen and then grated over the dishes.
